When used, replaces Isaac's tear with a whip for one attack.

Using the item again cancels the whip attack and allows Isaac to shoot tears again. This can be done repeatedly without wasting any charges.

The whip attacks all enemies in the shooting direction in 5.5x2 tiles area, dealing PlayerDamage * 2 and inflicting Fear and Weakness for 5 seconds.
Costs 2 Heart Containers when found in a Devil Deal, or 30¢ in an Angel Shop.
Unlock: Take real damage from Kami's Whip 12 times in the same run.
